His work ranges from home renovations and adaptive reuse projects to large, complex mixed-use developments with clients that have included homeowners, real estate developers, Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations.

Prior to forming Weckenmann Architecture, Will worked as a lead architect at Sionas Architecture PC, managing several of the firm’s high-profile client projects. Most notably, he was responsible for shaping a significant portion of downtown Montclair, N.J. with his designs for the Montclarion II and adjacent Vestry Apartment Buildings. Additionally, Will spent time as a project manager for Pompei AD, working on a number of successful commercial and high-end retail design projects for brands such as The Art of Shaving, Lovesac, C Wonder and the Four Seasons Hotel.
Will loves everything about the profession – from working through design concepts and intricate construction details to spending time on-site managing projects and working closely with the project team. He enjoys the challenging nature of the work and the satisfaction of seeing an initial design concept develop into a fully realized building.
