The Firm
Weckenmann Architecture LLC is a full service architecture and design firm located in downtown Jersey City, N.J. Our diverse portfolio includes single and multi-family residential, commercial, retail, restaurant and mixed-use development projects. We bring the same care and thoughtful approach to each project with the singular focus of bringing our clients’ dreams to reality. We are passionate about great design. Our work is modern and contemporary, yet responsive to the specificity of the site, the building context and the local environment. Each project presents unique opportunities and requires a tailored and thoughtful approach, free from stylistic constraints and preconceived aesthetic theories. We work to create authentic experiences, designed to exceed our client’s aspirations while also enriching the communities in which we work.
Our Process
A great project starts by asking the right questions and developing a strategy that is rooted in the goals, desires and needs of our clients. We take an integrated and collaborative approach to project development – from project conception through completion. Our attention to detail and thorough understanding of how buildings come together results in a set of drawings that is clear, concise and easy to use. During construction, we're there every step of the way to ensure the process moves forward as smoothly as possible, tackling issues head-on to minimize conflicts and stay on schedule. We take great pride in the working relationships we've developed over the years, and our collaborative focus not only results in successful projects but also an enjoyable experience.
